Job: Job is a collection of multiple work orders including several production stages.

Work Order: Refers to an operation task to be completed. The demand for the work might be originated internally or externally.

Product Speed: The speed of product on the production or packaging line in terms amount processed in a minute.

Labor Cost Calculation: For every scheduled hour, corresponding cost factor is read from the Line Availability Scenarios and basic hour cost is read from Scheduler Settings

Over time: Hours that lie in non regular time frame defined in Line Availability Scenarios page. Regular hours have a cost multiplier of 1 whereas over time hours have a multiplier greater than 1.

Make span: last time point of the latest scheduled item within the Schedule Horizon.

Capacity Calculation: Capacity is defined as the total available, schedulable number of hours for a line within a given time frame. For example, if a line’s availability is defined as 10 hours per day at the Line Availability Scenarios page, and the Schedule Horizon covers 5 days, the capacity is then 50 hours.

Favorite KPI: It determines the KPIs to be used at the KPI panels in the main screen of scheduler. It can be set for each KPI panel separately.

Actual Data Fields: Actual data fields show the factual operation data. The fields are either filled by OEE Tracker or by the user manually.
