Digital Factory v5.5.0

Dear Digital Factory Admin,

The latest version, 5.5.0 of Digital Factory will be released by February 13th 2019. This release will bring several functional improvements for both Digital Factory's OEE Tracker and Scheduler.

Improvements

Custom Reports

For keeping up with the new report request in the most responsive way, a new type of report will be introduced in this release. New reports tailored to your needs will be served under custom reports upon your request.

Check-in/Check-out Feature for Multi-user Support

When a single user is logged in to the Digital Factory, other users will be able to conveniently participate in activities without having to login.

• Users will check-in to a line when they have a job to do on that line and check-out when they are done.
• Multiple users can check-in to a line using same device.
• The users who are currently checked-in to a line will be listed in the Home page when the respective line is selected.
• To be able to check-in, user will provide username and password.

Inventory Management

With this new feature, latest inventory data of a site can be uploaded to Digital Factory. This feature is designed specifically for the utilization of users who are responsible for production planning.

• The Inventory page will be in Product (Material) Settings under Settings tab.
• Users will be able to upload an inventory snapshot using a template spreadsheet for a particular date and site pair.
• Inventory snapshots will be listed in the Inventory page.

Search Bar in Work Order Schedule Page

Now finding a specific work order among a number of work orders can be done using the new search box in the Work Order Schedule Page.

Work Order Status Filter in Work Order View Dashboard

This new filter will be used for filtering work orders based on their status.

Improved Password Entry and Change Experience

A toggle will be present at the login screen for the users who wants to see their password without encryption.
